Job Description: 

The Actors Fund, a nationwide human services organization that helps all professionals in performing arts and entertainment, seeks an organized, motivated and detailed professional for the role of Advancement Systems Assistant.

In this role, the Advancement Systems Assistant will enter information about donations into Raiser’s Edge, the organization’s primary fundraising database. Other tasks include but are not limited to daily database maintenance, assisting in acknowledging donations and fulfilling premiums.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for an individual with data entry experience and strong attention to detail to be at the center of the day-to-day fundraising operations in a progressive and collegial work environment.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior data entry experience with strong attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of databases and report writing software
  • Professional experience at a non-profit organization and knowledge of Raiser’s Edge or other development/fundraising data platforms is a plus
